Flagstaff Climate Challenges
Flagstaff sits at approximately 7,000 feet elevation — a fundamentally different gutter climate than the valley. Heavy winter snowfall, ice dam formation, and aggressive freeze-thaw cycles that expand and contract every joint are the primary failure modes.
